While you enjoy worry-free living, we happily take care of maintenance, landscaping, snow removal, and other related monthly costs that would otherwise be your responsibility. By renting, you also avoid having to pay the additional expenses of property taxes, mortgage fees, and homeowners insurance, and utilities (in same cases).
